Our Brockhampton Court community care for people who need the planned and guided care of a qualified nursing team. This will include residents who need rehabilitative care following a stroke or injury, residents with physical disabilities or a resident living with chronic condition, such as arthritis, Parkinson's disease or respiratory illness.

This is for people with cancer diagnosis and other conditions that are not cancer, such as Parkinson's disease, Motor Neurone disease, frailty of old age and other life limiting conditions.
We now have our Pastoral Co-ordinator who speaks to our resident's about their spiritual needs and beliefs, which has been very helpful to our resident's/
Palliative care focuses on symptom management. Nursing staff are skilled at managing end of life care and have access to specialist nurses working in the community if required and we are associated with St Michael's Hospice, which is our local hospice.
Brockhampton Court will do our best to ensure that we can provide a spare room/extra bed at the most difficult times.
Close family members are provided with refreshments during this time.
Brockhampton Court aims to keep residents informed and offer support with Bereavement and Funeral arrangements if required.
