During our call we can talk you through our admissions process, the types of care we provide and what life is like at Brockhampton Court. We always encourage prospective residents to visit us too, so they can get a real-life glimpse of the home.

We will need the full details of the person the care is for, such as their name, date of birth, etc. We will also need to know at this time what the nature of the care requirement is, for example if they require short-term respite care, or a long-term stay. We will also ask about their current medical history and what care they are currently receiving, where applicable.

Visitors are welcome to have meals with the residents in their rooms.

For palliative care residents, arrangements can be made to have a meal in the library. This should be arranged with as much notice as possible as we may need to carry out a detailed risk assessment, book the library, make arrangements with the kitchen and care workers and arrange for the room to be fogged after the visit. We do this to ensure the safety of all residents, visitors and staff.

Each meal will cost £12.00 per person. This will be added to the residents’ ‘extras’ bill.
