We deliver nursing care to residents, managing conditions including Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, respiratory illness, and chronic pain management.
Our nurses and carers undergo ongoing professional and personal development training to ensure we provide the best care possible. Our nursing team conduct weekly ward rounds, supported by our local GP, and liase with the local authority, social workers, specialist nursing teams, dieticians, physiotherapists, etc to ensure we’re delivering comprehensive care to meet the individual needs of residents. Each resident will also have their own dedicated carer.
Not all residents at Brockhampton Court will require nursing or complex care. For these residents, we offer a secure, safe, comfortable, and supported living environment.
Our highly trained staff are always on hand to support residents in their day-to-day life and we have our own pastoral carer who visits twice weekly to check-in on the mental health and wellbeing of our residents. From companionship and nutritious meals to daily leisure activities and social outings; we’re dedicated to providing residents with a place that ensures comfort and the best possible care.
We understand that each resident is different. Where some may require more attentive care, others may only require occasional care. As a leading residential care home in Hereford, we know how to ascertain what residents require. Whatever level of care you require, we do our utmost to ensure all residents are cared for in a kind and dignified way and live as independently as they want to, with as much help as they require
We invest in the latest technology to ensure our care is as streamlined and accurate as possible. This software improves the level of care that our residents receive, ensuring efficiency, whilst maintaining our stance as a leading care provider.
We proudly have a large team of staff – from our carers to our nurses – which means we can provide our residents with the level of attention, support, and kindness they need. As a care team backed by nurses, we work together to provide the best possible level of service and all our team undergo extensive training and an induction process.
We’re here to support you at any time of your life that you require the help of an external residence.
We provide on-going care for a wide range of long-term chronic conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, high-blood pressure, and heart disease.
In the event you require end-of-life care, we can move you from your hospice to Brockhampton Court, allowing you to enjoy your time in a peaceful and tranquil location.
If you currently have a live-in carer, there may be times that your carer is unavailable (holidays, etc). Our short-term stays ensure you receive the care you need at these times.
If you have experienced an accident and cannot live independently, you may require long-term care that does not require a long hospital stay. We’ll help you recuperate.
If you are currently being cared for by family or a loved-one, our respite care service allows you to receive the care you need, providing a break for your current carer.
Having surgery can have a massive impact on your physical and mental wellbeing. We can provide post-surgery care, helping you to get back to a normal way of life.
“The facilities are superb and the staff magnificent”
“Brockhampton Court Nursing Home is in a league of its own – the facilities are superb and the staff magnificent. My Father, who was extremely ill when he arrived in April, has rallied magnificently and is now almost back to his old self. He is 91 years old and had lived completely independently since my mother died in 2019, but he loves living at Brockhampton and does not wish to return home. He says he really feels loved and cherished where he is.”
We have a team of dedicated nurses, some of whom have an advanced diploma in palliative care and system control. This means that we have the knowledge and skillset to support all residents, and their loved ones, who require this level of care.
Being a carer is a full-time job and we understand that at times, your carer may require a break. We can provide support and care during times when your carer is unavailable or provide you with some new scenery for a short time.
For over 30 years we’ve been caring for those who need it. Although Brockhampton Court originally began as a care home for the elderly, our care extends to anyone who requires it – whether your stay is for a few weeks, to a few years.
Our dedicated team have many years of experience in providing high-quality care. Get in touch to discuss your requirements further.
